1. Introduction
The International Conference on Mathematics and Natural Science (ICMSC 2025) will be held in the
Mulawarman University, Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia from 27 to 28 August 2025. This conference aims to
bring together leading scientists, researchers, academics, and industry professionals from around the world
to share and discuss the latest advancements in mathematics and natural sciences, with a specific focus on
their role in fostering sustainable development, particularly in relation to tropical rainforests within the
Maritime Continent.
2. Conference Objectives
- Promote research and development: Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange in the fields of mathematics and natural sciences, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches.
- Highlight the importance of tropical rainforests: Showcase the significance of tropical rainforests in the Maritime Continent as vital ecosystems, biodiversity hotspots, and crucial players in climate regulation and sustainable development.
- Explore sustainable solutions: Identify and discuss innovative scientific pathways and technological solutions that can contribute to the conservation, restoration, and sustainable utilization of tropical rainforest resources.

7. Organizing Committee
The conference will be organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Mulawarman University,
in collaboration with Universiti Sains Malaysia. The organizing committee will be supported by a scientific
committee comprising renowned experts in relevant fields from both institutions.
